Postcard Socks is a personalized gifting product combining socks and postcard-style messaging. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Customers may submit personal messages, handwriting, photos, or custom designs for printing.

You confirm that:

• you own the rights to all submitted content,
• the content does not violate copyrights,
• the content is not offensive, illegal, or harmful.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate content.

When customers upload handwriting, we reproduce it as faithfully as possible. Minor variations may occur due to scanning, digitization, or printing processes.

Because parts of our products may be assembled or finished manually, slight variations between orders are normal and considered part of the product's character.

Shipping times depend on destination and production volume. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Because most products are personalized, returns are generally not possible unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

All designs, branding, and content provided by Postcard Socks remain our intellectual property. Customer-uploaded content remains the property of the customer.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Postcard Socks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
